If you are looking for an Oahu wedding venue with intimacy, charm, natural beauty, and warm hosts, look no further than Male’ana Gardens.
Located in Kailua on the beautiful island of Oahu, Male’ana Gardens provides an ideal setting for intimate ceremonies and receptions. With a beach nearby, guests can enjoy easy access to the scenic shoreline, adding to the venue’s appeal.
Located steps away from the pristine beaches of Oahu, Male’ana Gardens combines the allure of an oceanfront view with the tranquility of a garden retreat. Its inviting atmosphere and versatile spaces make it perfect for small weddings and elopements, offering an experience that’s both personal and memorable—a true paradise for weddings.
Male’ana Gardens Availability – April to Mid-November
Starting here because Male’ana Gardens does have limited dates. In addition to only hosting a wedding with reception once per week, they take off from mid-November through March. Because of the high demand and limited availability, it’s important to secure your wedding date as early as possible to ensure you get your preferred day.
When you see how well-maintained their property is, you’ll appreciate that they keep the number of weddings small. They put a great deal of effort into creating a magical, lush wedding venue. Every time I enter, I’m blown away by how beautiful it is. Pictures alone don’t do it justice.
Availability details:
- Only one wedding with reception per week
- For groups up to 20
- Ceremonies from April to mid-November (Closed mid-November through March)
If you have more than 20 guests or if your wedding is outside their dates, another intimate venue is Kaimea Estates. You could also consider Loulu Palm Estate.

Male’ana Gardens as a Wedding & Reception Venue
I really couldn’t overstate how beautiful the venue is. The grass is always lush green, with tropical flowers galore. The well-maintained grounds provide a picturesque and magical backdrop for your celebration. The reception gazebo, complete with a chandelier, is stunning. The perfect placement of the bar and the cozy, lush ceremony site are all perfect for your intimate wedding.
If you’re having a Hawaii destination wedding with a total group size of 20 or less, Male’ana Gardens would be my top recommendation. The atmosphere here is always filled with fun, making your wedding joyful and memorable.
